Shipping and/or handling costs are not included in the price of the items and will be shown during the purchase process, before its completion and depending on the shipping address indicated for each order. Shipping costs to areas outside the European Customs Union may present import costs (tariffs), which will be paid in cash at destination by the recipient of the goods. The courier company may charge customs clearance fees if applicable. It is recommended to contact the shipping agency with the shipping code that will be provided by STAR SAM at the time of shipment.

Delivery of goods.

The delivery time of the product will depend on the method of payment and shipping method chosen by the customer. Once the payment is received, the delivery time will be the one indicated in that method. Our goods will be delivered from our facilities and will travel carriage paid within the whole European territory. The fact that we provide the transport or it is carried out at our expense, does not imply our acceptance of the risks of transport, even in cases of fortuitous events or force majeure. The goods leave our warehouses in perfect condition, so upon receipt it must be checked and if it arrives damaged or if the packaging shows any damage, it must be noted in writing on the delivery note (we recommend that you always put: "Pending review"). Once inspected in depth and if necessary, the corresponding claim must be made within the following 24 hours, so that the Insurance takes charge of the damages or repair of the damage. Without this requirement, STAR SAM STICKERS cannot accept any type of claim in this sense.

Placing an order.

To place an order it is necessary to register at www.starsamstickers.com, by means of a new user account or as a guest, filling in the electronic form that appears in the store at any time and following the instructions indicated therein. After registration, and to proceed with the purchase of products, you must add the product you wish to purchase to the basket, according to the instructions on the screen, filling out the order form provided for this purpose and validating it. The prices and offers presented on the website are valid only and exclusively for online orders placed at STAR SAM. All prices published on our website are inclusive of VAT. The validation of the order by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions of contract as part of the conclusion of the contract. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by STAR SAM constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between STAR SAM and its customers. STAR SAM will file the electronic document formalizing the contract and it will be accessible. Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, always within 24 hours of the purchase, STAR SAM Customer Service will send you a proof of purchase by e-mail. If you do not agree with the information contained in this confirmation, you may request the modification or cancellation of the contract.

Availability.

La selección de productos ofrecidos en STAR SAM, es válida en tanto que los productos estén visibles en el sitio web, con los límites de stock disponibles. Al tratarse de comercio electrónico, el stock se actualiza online, por lo que podría suceder, eventualmente, que durante el proceso de compra se agote el stock, no pudiéndose, por tanto, en estos supuestos, continuar con la compraventa iniciada.
En el caso de que existiera alguna ruptura de stock o indisponibilidad puntual de un artículo STAR SAM se pondrá en contacto contigo para comunicártelo de inmediato y darte un nuevo plazo de entrega o, si no fuera posible servirte dicho producto, proceder a su anulación.
En cualquier caso, un retraso en la entrega respecto a los plazos indicados no dará derecho al cliente a exigir indemnización alguna.

Product warranty.

No refunds or returns will be made, even if the cause of the incident is caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, incorrect installation or materials that are worn by use. In the absence of proof to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within six months of delivery of the product, whether new or second-hand, already existed when the item was delivered, except where this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity. In those incidences that justify the use of the guarantee, it will opt for the repair, replacement of the article, reduction or return, in the legally established terms.

Conditions to return an item

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. After this time, no return, refund or exchange will be accepted. The return of the product is not allowed if it has been manipulated or used. The sticker must be in perfect condition, just as you received it and in its original packaging. Please do not send your return without our approval. When you request the return, we will inform you by email of the steps to follow. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Buyer pays return shipping. After approving the return, the buyer will be able to choose between an exchange for the same product but in a different color, as long as the amount of said variant is equal to the amount of the returned product or the refund of the amount of the product.

Refunds.

The refund will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase, except in the case of having paid cash on delivery. In this case the refund will be made via bank transfer. In the case of total or partial payments made by gift vouchers, these cannot be refunded in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. The reimbursement of purchases made by gift voucher will be made exclusively by means of a gift voucher of the same amount as the amount paid with said means of payment..
